For more than twenty eight years, Sanjiv N. In November of 2025, Singh was lead trial counsel and originating counsel for Michael Bisch v. Yolo Food Bank et al. (Yolo County Superior Court, Case No. CV2022-1431) where he prevailed in a multimillion dollar unanimous jury verdict exceeding $3m, with pending statutory attorney fees pending. In October of 2025, Singh settled a catastrophic injury claim involving a highly accomplished professional broadsided by an AC Transit vehicle while commuting on her bicycle in the East Bay. The settlement resulted in a $4.46m recovery for the victim.

Current cases include multiple clients with losses in connection with the historic 2025 Altadena or so called Eaton Fire alleged to have been caused by Southern California Edison, high profile wrongful death cases against San Mateo County, and wrongful death claims against PG&E and the County of Marin for dangerous overhead power lines alleged to have killed a father of three. High profile cases include 57 settled claims against The Boeing Company for the crash of Lion Air Flight JT610, an eight digit settlement for the death of an iron worker at the Apple Campus in Sunnyvale, groundbreaking settlements in three different DCFS cases in Los Angeles county involving wrongful death and employee whistleblowing, and numerous other high impact matters. Sanjiv draws on a vast range of experience, and is one of a handful of litigators with extensive transactional experience. He has been interviewed and quoted by major news agencies including The New York Times, BBC and Bloomberg, and was featured in the best selling account of the 737 MAX aviation disasters Flying Blind by Peter Robison (Doubleday). He has published in the New England Journal of Medicine and the AMA’s Journal of Ethics, been a panelist at the Bar Association of San Francisco, and has been an invited peer reviewer for publications.
